Every refrigerated component—whether a scroll compressor, a brazed-plate heat exchanger, or a low-pressure transducer—must arrive at the job site with internal oil charge, factory nitrogen holding charge, and delicate electronics intact.

To guarantee this, we run a dedicated Packaging Engineering Group that reports directly to the Quality VP, giving it the same organizational weight as design, manufacturing, and field service. This structural choice signals that protective packaging is a core competence, not a disposable cost line.
