The cold storage solution with precise temperature control, maintaining a consistent temperature of 2°C to 8°C. The facility also required backup power systems and monitoring technology to ensure the integrity of the stored products at all times.

STORGE PROJECT

Ice cream freezing storage facility with ultra-low temperature capabilities, maintaining temperatures below -25°C to prevent ice cream from melting or forming ice crystals. The facility also needed to be capable of quick freezing to handle high production volumes.
